This policy outlines the services offered by Mintawon and their governing rules. As a hospitality provider adding value to the Kpatawee Tourism Destination, Mintawon essentially seeks to promote the public good and maintain its reputation. It will collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance the the Kpatawee tourism destination and experience.

1.1 Mintawon’s Mission
Mintawon aims to position itself as the lead eco-friendly lodge within the Kpatawee Waterfall community and to also become the primary host for all guests and events.
2.0 Terms and Condition
Its terms and conditions strike a mutual balance between the interest of its valued customers experiencing nature in Kpatawee and Mintawon Management’s functional ability in hosting guests. By booking with us, the guest accepts our terms and conditions.
2.1 Policy Specifics:
Mintawon provides hospitality services to the general public, including:
A. Regular Room
B. Twin Beds Room
c. Bunk Bed Service
d. Family/VIP Suites
e. Conference Hall
f. Food and Beverages, and
g. Transportation
3.0 Booking and Payment
A. Walk-in customers are required to make deposits at check-in
B. Non walk-in customers are required to make initial deposits using designated mobile money service or Mintawon’s designated bank account
C. Final payment will be required during checkout
D. Check-out time is 12 mid day for guests wishing to leave.
4.0 Drugs and other Items
A. It is forbidden to smoke in any shared space at Mintawon.
B. Mintawon provides designated areas for smoking and
Guest may also smoke in their rooms
D. All other substances forbidden by law such as nicotic drugs, shi-sha, etc. are not allowed in our facility
E. Food, water, beverages, and other drinks are not allowed
5.0 Food and Appliances
A. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served upon orders
B. Guests are required to turn off appliances such as fans and AC when going out of the facility to ensure energy efficiency
6.0 Ammenities
A. 24/7 access to electricity
B. 24/7 access to security services
C.Access to water from the tap
D. Access to mini fridge in AC rooms
E. Access to safe parking lot
F. Access to WiFi
G. Access to cable television services
7.0 Others
A. Profanity and hate messages are not allowed
B. Mintawon cafeteria is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily
C. Report missing and found items to management
D. Management will guide guests who may be interested in hiking
E. Do not take away assets that are not yours
F. Only authorized personnel have access to the kitchen
