Mintawon Guesthouse is a newly established accommodation service at the heart of the UNESCO- designated heritage and tourism site of Kpatawee Waterfalls, just 10 miles from the Phebe Hospital Junction. It is situated in the rolling hills of the Bong Range. Mintawon Guesthouse, a fabulous 3-wing U- shaped building, fits seamlessly into the surrounding environment, with an eco-friendly fencing. It occupies 5 acres of the Mintawon farmland.

We are farmers. We are owned by Minnie Wungko Titus and
Zotawon D. Titus, a married couple with shared vision working together to
contribute to lifting our society from poverty. The farm name is Mintawon. It
was established in 2020 and is incorporated under the laws of Liberia. We own
205 Acres (83 hectres) of farmland in the Kpatawee Waterfall area.
As Mintawon farmers, we cultivate land, grow crops and provide accommodation services. The crops we grow are second generation, 3-year maturity Oil Palm, Cocoa and Citrus fruits which we began planting since June 2020. Orange, Lime, Lemon and Avocado are part of the fruits we grow at Mintawon Farmland. We also grow Banana, Plantain and Pineapples. We have cultivated over 150 Acres with variety of crops. At Mintawon, we also produce Tilapia Fish from two giant fishponds of 30 by 30 square feet dimension. In addition to producing crops, we also provide accommodation with modern guest house facilities. Services include Standard Rooms, Executive Suites, Conference and Workshop facilities. Mintawon Farm is located in Kpatawee, less than a quarter of a mile from the famous Kpatawee Waterfall in Kpatawee Clan, Suakoko District, Bong County. The area that today situates the Mintawon farmland was formerly a part of the Interstate Estate of the late Dogbah Bolu Kollie and Nyama Dumalo until its purchase in February 2020. It is accessible by vehicle and ideally located almost at the mouth of the Kpatawee Waterfall.
